Nyjah and Zyah on 'America's Got Talent' 2026

America’s Got Talent has officially kicked off for the season. Now that two episodes are out, fans are beginning to learn everything they can about the contestants continuing into the next round. Among the contestants being researched are 15 and 16 year olds Nyjah Music and Zyah Rhythm.

Nyjah and Zyah are Bruno Mars’ Nephews

Nyjah and Zyah’s audition aired on America’s Got Talent on June, 9 ,2026. The brothers sang their original song “Heartbeat,” which earned them four yeses from the judges. Now, fans are looking into their past, and finding out some secrets they didn’t mention on the stage.

The brothers mentioned their ages and the fact that they’re from O‘ahu, Hawaii, but they didn’t mention much more about themselves. The pair allegedly rose to fame through viral Instagram and TikTok where they performed old-school R&B covers, Hawaiian mele, and ballads.

In November 2024, they appeared in a commercial for GAP clothing brand. But, that’s not the biggest thing they’ve done. All of Nyjah and Zyah’s music is produced by their uncle, Bruno Mars. Their cover for “Burning Love” by Elvis Presley was even featured on the soundtrack for the 2025 live action remake of Lilo and Stitch.

Nyjah and Zyah are the sons of Mars’ sister Tahiti Hernandez Kemper and professional surfer Billy Kemper. When working on their Lilo and Stitch track, they shared a photo with their uncle, thanking him for producing their song for the movie.

Aside from this one-off post, it’s clear that Nyjah and Zyah are hustling on their own to launch their career. At only 15 and 16 years old, the pair has gained 280K followers on Instagram, and 1.78K subscribers on YouTube.

It’s clear that they are on the rise, regardless of the help they’re getting from their uncle. We’re excited to potentially see them return for the all-new Judge Callbacks round this season.
