Who Is Robert Irwin’s Rumored Girlfriend Ashleigh Scully?
Earlier this week, a fan account on TikTok posted a few recent photos of Robert Irwin spending time with Ashleigh Scully, writing in the caption, “NEW GIRLFRIEND OMGGG.” The evidence included an image of Scully apparently visiting Australia Zoo, where Irwin works.
Irwin’s DWTS Season 34 co-star Dylan Efron also posted some photos on Instagram of what looks like a diving excursion. Scully can be seen in two of the photos. In one, she and Irwin are side by side, smiling for the camera in their diving suits.
Ashleigh Scully is a 23-year-old wildlife photographer based in Wyoming. In her Instagram bio, Scully also describes herself as a diver. Her account is full of beautiful photos of animals, including polar bears, whales, and owls. At age 15, she was a winner in her age division at the London Natural History Museum’s 2017 Wildlife Photographer of the Year awards.
Scully is also an equestrian at Texas Christian University, where as of last year she was completing a master’s degree in English literature. She has known Irwin since at least 2018, when she shared a photo with him and his sister Bindi on X (formerly Twitter).

Is the Pair Really Dating?
As of this writing, Robert Irwin and Ashleigh Scully’s rumored romance is just that — a rumor. This actually isn’t the first time the two have been linked. A Woman’s Day article in 2019 claimed Irwin was “smitten” with Scully.
Other than being photographed together recently, there is no definitive evidence that Irwin and Scully are a couple. Scully isn’t even the first rumored girlfriend Irwin has had in recent months. During his time on DWTS last year, he was linked to troupe member Hailey Bills and former winner Xochitl Gomez.
Just last month, Irwin confirmed to Australia’s KIIS FM that he was single and looking for love, saying, “It’s one of these things where I’m like at this point in my life where you sort of, you gotta let it happen, because I’m so here and there and everywhere and 100 miles per hour.”
