Eurovision Teases Stage for 2024 Song Contest

Eurovision Song Contest is still several months away, but fans can get a sneak peek at the 2024 stage right now. Next year’s competition will take place in Malmö, Sweden, following the country’s win earlier this year.
Eurovision Teases Stage for 2024 Contest
It’s a tradition for the winning country in each Eurovision Song Contest to host the next year’s competition. In the 2023 contest, Sweden won with the song “Tattoo” by Loreen. So the 2024 contest will be held at the Malmö Arena.
On Tuesday, the official Eurovision Instagram account posted a sneak peek at the stage for next year’s competition. It features shades of blue and pink and includes the message “UNITED BY MUSIC.” The account also posted a concept video to gives fans an idea of how the stage looks in action.
According to the Eurovision website, the stage will be placed in the middle of the audience and feature LED floors and moveable LED cubes. The stage was designed by Florian Wieder, Production Designer, and Fredrik Stormby, Light and Screen Content Designer.

When Will the 2024 Contest Take Place?
The 68th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest will consist of two Semifinals on May 7 and 9, followed by the final on May 11. This is the third time in the contest’s history that Malmö has hosted the event. It’s also the seventh time the contest has taken place in Sweden.
In case you didn’t know, Eurovision is an annual competition in which countries compete for the best original song. This year, the contest was held in Liverpool, UK, as the 2022 winner Ukraine was unable to host the event due the Russian invasion.
Tickets for this year’s contest are on sale now. Which country will be declared the winner of the 2024 competition? We’ll have to wait and see.
