Dancing with the Stars has announced that the show will celebrate Whitney Houston Night next month. Celebrities and their partners will be dancing to songs by the iconic artist, who passed away in 2012.
Dancing with the Stars Announces Whitney Houston Night
On Monday, the Instagram accounts for both Dancing with the Stars and Whitney Houston shared a poster for the upcoming episode, featuring a black and white photo of the singer. The post reveals that Whitney Houston Night will take place on November 14.
The announcement also includes the news that Billy Porter will appear as a guest judge alongside regular panelists Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli. Fans will be able to watch the episode on ABC or Disney+.
DWTS has had nights themed to various music artists in the past. Just last season, the show celebrated Elvis Night and Michael Bublé Night. Peta Murgatroyd also recently teased that the show would be having a Taylor Swift Night this season, although DWTS has yet to officially confirm it.

What Is the Theme for This Week’s Show?
We’ll have to wait a few weeks to see Whitney Houston Night. In the meantime, the theme of this week’s new DWTS episode is “Most Memorable Year.” The remaining 10 celebrities will perform dances inspired by a memorable time in their life.
Tuesday’s episode will also feature a dance tribute to late judge Len Goodman, featuring a number of returning pros from past seasons, including Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Mark Ballas. The routine was choreographed by Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson and will be set to “Moon River.”
Another couple will be eliminated during this week’s show. Then next week, fans can look forward to the season’s Halloween episode. Hopefully there will be plenty of spooktacular dance routines to enjoy.
