The Masked Singer and LEGO Masters have officially announced the arrival of their next seasons. These shows are set to return to FOX on Wednesday, September 21. The Masked Singer will premiere at 8/7c, with LEGO Masters directly following at 9/8c.

On June 6, The Masked Singer confirmed the date of their upcoming season eight premiere. In mid-May, the series confirmed their intent to continue following their controversial seventh season. At the time of their renewal, the series shared the fact that they will return with limited details. Panelists have yet to be confirmed for the upcoming eighth season.

The Masked Singer has quickly become one of America’s favorite competition shows. This guessing game has brought in over 100 accomplished celebrities since its 2019 premiere. This series is historically one of the most watched Wednesday night FOX programs.

This past season drew in an average viewership of 4.082 million per episode. Each season gets bigger celebrities than the past, so fans cannot wait to see who is unmasked in The Masked Singer season eight.

LEGO Master Fans Are Still Confused About The Network’s Decision to Push the Premiere Back

LEGO Masters was originally set to return to FOX on May 31 with a new group of talented contestants alongside host Will Arnett. However, the series decided to push the premiere to later in the season last month. At the time, the network didn’t specify when the season would begin.

Some fans missed out on news of the schedule change and tuned in to FOX on May 31, only to become disappointed. The network’s decision to push the season back was met with fan criticism because of their inconsistent 2021 schedule.

“I thought this was supposed to happen on May 31st?! I won’t be watching this season either. My son was so frustrated with last season always canceling weeks at a time. I can see this season will be no different,” a fan commented on Instagram.

Fans of the series remain disappointed in the network for their decision to push the season back. The LEGO Masters Instagram account posted two slideshows introducing the teams who will be competing for the trophy in Season 3.
