Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello reportedly had their home broken into last week, and the suspects apparently didn’t get away empty-handed.
According to TMZ, one of Shawn’s cars was stolen during the incident. Read on to find out more about the break-in.

Law enforcement reportedly told TMZ that Shawn Mendes and his girlfriend Camila Cabello were home at their place in Los Angeles when the suspects broke in through a window.

The suspects apparently left when they realized the couple was home, but they took the keys to Shawn’s Mercedes SUV. By the time police arrived, they had taken off with the car.
The LAPD is reportedly still investigating the incident, but no arrests have been made. Neither Shawn nor Camila has posted about the break-in on social media.
How Long Have Shawn And Camila Dated?
Shawn and Camila met while they were opening acts on Austin Mahone’s tour in 2014. They became friends, and sparked dating rumors when they released the song “I Know What You Did Last Summer” in 2015.
They released the song “Señorita” in 2019. Shortly thereafter, they were spotted holding hands and kissing. In September of that year, the couple confirmed they were dating.

They quarantined together when the COVID-19 pandemic hit last year, and were spotted taking walks outside. Just last week, Shawn and Camila were photographed walking their dog while kissing and wrapping their arms around each other.
In December, Shawn Mendes told Entertainment Tonight that he and Camila have discussed getting married. “She’s been one of my best friends since I was, like, 15 years old,” he said. “I don’t know, at the same time, I know we are really young so I don’t want to jump, like, insanely fast, but I think when you find your person, you feel and you know that you have found your person.”
