Young Rockstar Dylan Zangwill Hits the ‘America’s Got Talent’ Stage
14-year-old rockstar, Dylan Zangwill, will take the AGT stage to show the world his talent. The Philadelphia native is a gifted singer, songwriter, and musician. With a love of all things Rock n’ Roll, Dylan is sure to bring the house down with his electric performance. Catch him during the last set of auditions before the judges deliberate!
This star in the making has been singing before he could talk and started taking piano lessons at the age of five. Some of his inspirations include Queen, David Bowie, Greta Van Fleet, Jimmy Smith, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd.
Dylan also fell in love with playing the guitar. On his 10th birthday, he saw Phish at Madison Square Garden and was inspired by Trey Anastasio’s guitar solos. It didn’t take long before Dylan formed a school band to grow his passion.
Last year, he found a “Hammond B-3” organ for sale online, which is an instrument used exclusively in classic Rock n’ Roll. While practicing, he picked up many jazz and blues techniques. As a songwriter, Dylan composes soulful music with many complex chord structures. His incredible stage presence accompanied with his extensive musical knowledge is a recipe for success for the America’s Got Talent stage.
Dylan Lines Up Gigs After ‘AGT’ Audition
Dylan’s family owns Stolen Son Craft Brewing and Roasting Company in Exton, PA. On open mic nights, youngster is able to practice his sets on stage. Great practice for the biggest talent show in the world if you ask me.
His website also shows that he has a few other gigs lined up. On July 23 and 24, you can catch Dylan perform at Ludwigs Corner “Country Carnival.” On August 1, he’ll be performing at Brothers on the Brandywine in Newlin Township, PA.
It seems like the 14-year-old sensation is already doing quite well for himself. His audition tonight will surely be one to watch.
