What to Expect from ‘The Masked Singer’ Holiday Special
Reading Time: 2 minutes
The Masked Singer Season 6 may be over, but the show still has one more treat in store for us before the year is over. FOX is airing a two-hour holiday special on Wednesday night that encourages viewers at home to sing along with their favorite contestants.
‘The Masked Singer’ to Air Holiday Singalong Special
The Masked Singer Christmas Singalong will air Wednesday night at 8 p.m. ET on FOX. The show will feature some of your favorite contestants performing holiday songs, as well as bloopers and behind-the-scenes footage to cap off the season.
The show’s host Nick Cannon, as well as the panel of judges (Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, and Nicole Scherzinger) will also appear in the special. Last year, Jeong performed “Little Drummer Boy.” Will he top that performance this year?
In 2020, the holiday special aired before the season finale, so some of the contestants were yet to be unmasked. This year, however, we know who everyone is. Last week, Queen of Hearts won Season 6 and was revealed to be singer-songwriter Jewel. Runner-up Bull was unmasked as Broadway star Todrick Hall.

Which Contestants Will Appear in the Holiday Special?
The Masked Singer released a preview of Wednesday’s special that shows quite a few contestants from this season, as well as seasons past. Queen of Hearts and Bull encourage viewers to “join us” for the special. Season 4 winner Sun (Leann Rimes) and fellow contestant Crocodile (Nick Carter) also appear.
While teasing the night’s performances, the preview includes shots of Skunk and Baby. There will also apparently be a “must-see, unmasked twist on a holiday classic.” It looks like several eliminated contestants from Season 6 (including Vivica A. Fox, Katharine McPhee and David Foster, and Faith Evans) will be teaming up for a group performance without their masks on.
It’s sure to be a fun night, so put on your most festive outfit and remember to tune in Wednesday on FOX at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
