Joe Manganiello Revealed What Wife Sofia Vergara Thinks Of His Bold Blue Hairstyle
In recent Instagram pictures, Joe’s blue mohawk is on full display. While everyone has been going through crazy hair transformations amid the coronavirus pandemic, this one definitely takes the cake. Joe spilled the tea about whether or not Sofia likes the hairstyle. “You know, she married an actor, so she had to think the weirdness would come out at some point” he said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. So, the Colombian beauty seems to be fine with it for now.
“Everything generally that I do looks wise has to do with some sort of role,” he continued. “This was one of the rare times when I had a couple of weeks to do something with my hair that I wanted to do.” Joe recently snipped his hair into a white mohawk to film scenes for Zack Snyder’s Justice League airing on HBO Max sometime in 2021. He will be playing the iconic DC Comics character Slade Wilson, a.k.a. Deathstroke.
“I had my hair in a white mohawk for a role and I’m getting ready to shave it tomorrow morning completely off for another role. So I had a, like a two or three-week span where I could do whatever I wanted with it,” he said. “So I just dyed my mohawk blue!”
“It was my opportunity to put my stink on the character, you know? I had my own opinions about the character and once they hand it over to the actor, it becomes the actor’s, and you get to do what you want with it,” he continued. Joe posted an image on Instagram dressed as Deathstroke with a white mohawk prior to dying it blue.
Joe And Sofia Recently Celebrated Their 5th Wedding Anniversary
In between their busy schedules, the ‘AGT’ judge and the Justice League star celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary. They had a family picnic and Joe arranged for a beignet truck to come as an ode to New Orleans where they first began courting.
Joe posted a throwback to the pairs wedding as they danced the night away. “Happy fifth anniversary mi amor. I love you so much” he captioned the video.

On their first anniversary, Joe wrote Sofia a 40-page book based on their love story.
