Usher is this year’s Super Bowl Halftime Show performer, and fans can get a peek into what’s coming by watching the new trailer for his performance. The clip teases that it’s a show “30 years in the making.”
Usher Teases Super Bowl Halftime Show Performance
The one-minute trailer for Usher’s Halftime Show performance features his famous song “Yeah!” as performed and celebrated by various fans. There are also a few celebrities featured in the clip, such as LeBron James, J Balvin, and Jungkook.
The clips are interspersed with moments from Usher’s live performances and music videos. The trailer ends with a shot of Usher wearing sunglasses and swinging a chain around his neck. It’s accompanied by the text, “One performance. 30 years in the making.”
As announced in September of last year, Usher will be taking the stage during Super Bowl LVIII for the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show on February 11 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The game will air on CBS. Which teams will be competing in the game has yet to be determined.

The Singer Is Releasing a New Album
Just two days before he’s set to take the stage at the Super Bowl, Usher will be releasing a new album titled Coming Home. Fans can listen to the project starting February 9. This will be the singer’s first new solo album since 2016’s Hard II Love.
In August of last year, Usher released the lead single for the new album, titled “Good Good.” It features Summer Walker and 21 Savage. Coming Home is expected to have 20 songs in total, including four interludes.
