Where Has Pope Been Since the Show?
Before she competed on The Voice in 2012, Pope was the lead vocalist for the band Hey Monday. Her Blind Audition to Natalie Imbruglia’s “Torn” prompted all four coaches to turn their chairs. Pope chose to join Team Blake.
Pope made it all the way to the Finals of Season 3, where she became the first female winner of The Voice. The next year, she released her debut solo album, Frame by Frame. Since then, she’s released two more studio albums — 2019’s Stages and 2021’s Thrive.
The singer has also toured with several artists including Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, Dierks Bentley, Darius Rucker, and Maren Morris. Recently, Pope shared that she was “moving away from the country space and going more into pop rock where I came from initially.”
