Snoop Dogg on 'The Voice' Knockouts 2025

The Voice returned to NBC tonight for the highly anticipated end of the Knockout Rounds. During Monday night’s episode, fans were able to vote for which Mic Drop winner would be performing at the Rose Parade. Snoop Dogg finally hit the final remaining Mic Drop button during the final Knockout of the episode.

The final episode of The Voice Season 28 Knockout Rounds began with Team Reba. The coach paired together Austin Gilbert versus Peyton Kyle. They sang “8 Second Ride” by Jake Owen and “I Don’t Wanna Be” by Gavin McGraw, respectively. After their performances, coaches admitted that both singers really showed off their unique abilities.

Other coaches admitted that McEntire should pick Peyton if she wants someone who can sing multiple genres, but she should have Austin win if she wanted to stay in her lane. Ultimately, Peyton was named as the winner of the Knockout.

Niall Horan is Torn Between Singers

Up next was Team Niall pairing Dustin Dale Gaspard and Kirbi. Kirbi was the only one appearing in the mentoring session, as Dustin was sick. Kirbi was seen rehearsing her song choice, “Hard Fought Hallelujah” by Brandon Lake and Jelly Roll. Dustin ended up choosing “She Talks to Angels” by The Black Crowes.

Ultimately, after the Knockout, the three other coaches admitted they were torn on their choices. One coach chose Dustin as the winner, while another chose Kirbi, and the last wouldn’t choose. Finally, Horan gave his opinion on the performances. Admitting this was a difficult decision, Horan chose the winner of the Knockout as Kirbi. Horan revealed that Kirbi was “unbelievable” after their mentoring, and she deserved a Top 4 spot on his team.

Snoop Dogg Hits Final Mic Drop of The Knockouts

The final Knockout of the night was Team Snoop members Lauren Anderson versus Yoshihanna. They sang “Try” by P!NK, and “You’re All I Need to Get by” by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell, respectively. The audience absolutely roared after Yoshihanna’s performance. Reminder that this song is originally performed as a duet, yet she managed to absolutely stun in her performance.

Although Snoop Dogg admitted it was “hard” to pick the winner of the Knockout because the team is “family,” he ultimately chose Yoshihanna as the winner. He then hit the “Mic Drop” button for Yoshihanna. This nominates her to be voted upon to perform during the Rose Parade.

Voting for the Mic Drop is now open! Vote for your favorite Mic Drop act in The Voice app. Fans will be able to submit their vote until Friday, November 28 at 7AM ET. Mic Drop recipients include Max Chambers (Team Bublé), Dek of Hearts (Team Niall), Aaron Nichols (Team Reba), and Yoshihanna (Team Snoop).

The Voice Season 28 Playoffs Kick off on Monday, December 1. Be sure to tune in so you don’t miss any of the action!
