America’s Got Talent host Terry Crews has signed on to host a new show on Food Network titled 100 Cooks. The new competition show will premiere in June of this year.
Terry Crews to Host New Food Network Show
Earlier this week, Deadline reported that Terry Crews will host a new Food Network competition show titled 100 Cooks. The show will follow 100 of America’s best home cooks as they take on a series of challenges.
In addition to Crews as host, the show will also feature celebrity chefs Nick DiGiovanni and Alex Guarnaschelli as judges. Crews posted a video on Instagram announcing his involvement in the show, telling fans, “I can’t wait for you to see this. I’m so proud. Come hungry.”
100 Cooks is set to premiere on Food Network on Sunday, June 7, at 9/8c. The new show is reportedly being produced by Lando Entertainment. According to People, the show’s contestants will be competing in a “stadium kitchen arena,” with the grand prize getting bigger as more cooks are eliminated, up to $250,000.
“As the competition begins, chefs are selected at random to come to the floor to compete while the ‘Challenge Mixer’ dictates the challenges they will face ranging from fast-paced trivia contests to 30-minute do-or-die cooking battles,” reads a press release for the show.

Crews Is Also Hosting AGT Season 21
Fans will also be able to see Terry Crews on Season 21 of America’s Got Talent, which is set to premiere on NBC on Tuesday, June 2. Crews joined the show as the new host in Season 14, making this his eighth season overall.
This season’s judging panel will once again feature Howie Mandel, Mel B, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell. All four judges, plus Crews, will each have the chance to press the Golden Buzzer twice this season, adding up to 10 in total.
