Reagan Strange, the youngest member of Team Adam on The Voice this season, has become a standout with her performances so far. This 14-year-old Southern singing sensation could be a threat to make it all the way in the competition! But who is Reagan Strange?
Let’s take a look at 10 facts you should know about Reagan:
Reagan Strange was born in Germantown, Tennessee, which is just outside of Memphis. She comes from a family of talented musicians and singers. Reagan has three siblings, Kendall, Brock, and Brody.
She has dreamed of competing on The Voice since she started watching Season 1. At that time, she was just six years old. So being on the show is literally a lifelong dream come true for her!
Reagan has been singing since she was two years old. But she got serious about singing when she got the chance to sing the national anthem for 16,000 people at a Memphis Grizzlies game at age 9!
Reagan appeared on FOX’s game show Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? in 2015. She was one of the fifth grade whiz kids! Reagan has also made an appearance on the Disney show, Bizaardvark.
The 14-year-old has already shared the stage with major artists, including Craig Morgan, Luke Combs, and Walker McGuire.
Last summer, she sang Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing” en route to winning the Germantown Outstanding Teen competition. Her performance was a show-stopper!
Reagan is also a star off the stage! She is a straight-A student in high school and dreams of attending Georgia Tech to study engineering.
She’s actively involved in her community, singing at various local events and charities, such as Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, where she performs once a month.
In her spare time, Reagan enjoys going to church, fashion, dancing, local family theater, and cooking!
Reagan has already released a few original songs! One of the songs she co-wrote is called “EVOLve.”
