Taylor Swift to Premiere Eras Tour Film in Theaters This Year

Taylor Swift recently wrapped up the first U.S. leg of her Eras Tour, and she made an exciting announcement on Thursday. The singer will be putting out a tour film in theaters, so even more fans can get the experience.
Taylor Swift Announces Upcoming Eras Tour Film
Swift kicked off her highly anticipated Eras Tour in March of this year. The expansive concerts have featured music from all ten of Swift’s albums, as well as several costume changes and elaborate set pieces.
On Thursday morning, Swift shared a trailer for the upcoming concert film, which will be coming to big screens in North America starting on October 13. The singer called this tour “the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far.”
The trailer features footage from the tour, mainly set to Swift’s popular song “Cruel Summer,” off her album Lover. The singer can be heard telling the crowd that they’re “about to go on a little adventure together” spanning “17 years of music.”
Tickets for the tour film are available now. As Swift wrote in her post, “Eras attire, friendship bracelets, singing and dancing encouraged.”

The Tour Continues This November
After finishing her initial run of dates in the United States, Swift brought the Eras Tour to Mexico City for four nights. Swift will now take a well-earned break until the tour picks back up on November 9 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She’ll also perform in Brazil for several dates later in November, before taking another break until February 2024. At that point, she’ll be headed to Japan, Australia, and Singapore. The European tour dates will kick off in May.
Then in October of 2024, Swift will be heading back to North America to perform several dates around the United States and Canada. That includes Miami, New Orleans, Indianapolis, and Toronto.
