Talent Recap Show Ep. 19: ‘The Voice’ Is Back, The Block Is New, And Kelly Clarkson Rules The Day

In this week’s action-packed episode of The Talent Recap Show Mel and I dive deep into this week’s The Voice premiere episodes. It was the first two days of the blind auditions and one thing is clear: Kelly Clarkson is the one to watch.
Not only did she get the most contestants for her team but she may have more importantly challenged Blake for supremacy. We also saw the introduction of the block which, in our opinion, isn’t doing anyone any favors. In both instances in which the block was used, the blocker didn’t get the artist. Also it removes an element of choice from the artists.
One thing is for sure, Kelly Clarkson is a welcome addition to the show. She brings a lot of energy and fun to the show and she certainly knows what she’s doing. She is, after all, the most successful talent show winner ever.
