Sofia Vergara Is Launching Her Own Beauty Brand And We’re Freaking Out!

Want to look like America’s Got Talent judge Sofia Vergara? Lucky for you, the Emmy-nominated actress is reportedly launching her own beauty brand.
Sofia already has several other business ventures and endorsements, so this new project is sure to keep her busy. Read on to learn more about her upcoming beauty products.
Sofia Vergara Is Starting A Beauty Brand
According to WWD (via Allure), Sofia is planning an “unnamed venture” in the beauty world. Juan Matji, the president of Cantabria Labs in Spain, is one of Sofia’s partners.
He described the brand as “offering the consumer a new generation of smart products and solutions for skin care, beauty and health that we expect to be a success in the United States.”

The brand will apparently be led by Chris Salgardo, the former president of Kiehl’s. “Throughout his career, Chris has proven himself to be one of the beauty industry’s most influential voices and leaders,” Sofia told WWD in a statement.
As Allure points out, Sofia has plenty of experience selling products. Not only does she have four of her own fragrances, but she also has collaborations with Rooms to Go and Payless.
What Is Sofia’s Beauty Routine?
Over the years, Sofia has opened up about her favorite beauty products and her philosophy when it comes to taking care of her skin. She told Health in 2018 that she’s simplified her routine over the years.
“I have rosacea—it’s redness and sensitivity. If you put on too much stuff, there is irritation, so I have to keep it very simple,” she said, adding that she uses retinol and vitamin C “in moderation.”

Sofia said she uses calendula oil at night, sharing that it’s “calming” for her skin. During the day, she always wears SPF. She’s also learned what colors work for her, so she sticks to “browns, and golds, and bronze” for makeup.
In 2019, Sofia also told Who What Wear that she prefers to use waterproof mascara in the summer. We can’t wait to see if any of these beauty favorites make it into her new brand.
