Sofia Vergara Celebrates Her Birthday Alongside Dog, Bubbles

America’s Got Talent judge Sofia Vergara had her 49th birthday over the weekend. The actress celebrated her special day on vacation with family and friends. And she wasn’t the only birthday girl.
Vergara’s dog Bubbles also celebrated a birthday this weekend, and she got a cake to mark the occasion. The Modern Family star posted photos from the celebrations on Instagram.
Sofia Vergara Celebrates Birthday with Dog
Vergara posted a photo of Bubbles sniffing at her birthday cake, which had pink frosting and a flamingo figure on top. She was joined by her doggie friends Baguette and Petunia. Vergara shared that all the dogs were wearing outfits from her son Manolo’s brand, CANINI by Baguette.
Vergara has talked publicly about her complicated relationship with Bubbles, who apparently “hates” her and prefers her husband Joe Manganiello. She recently told Jimmy Fallon that Bubbles was supposed to be her dog, but “she thought she was for Joe and that’s all she wants to do.”
After Bubbles’ party, Vergara celebrated her own birthday at her vacation home, which she calls Casa Chipi Chipi. The actress wore a tropical-printed dress as she ate dinner and enjoyed drinks with her friends and family, surrounded by sand and palm trees.
Vergara also got her own birthday cake, featuring a green and gold palm leaf pattern and pink flowers. The star also posted a video of her guests singing “Happy Birthday” to her on her Instagram stories.

Joe Manganiello Wishes His Wife Happy Birthday
Vergara’s husband also shared a sweet post on Instagram to celebrate her birthday. The actor wrote, “¡Feliz Cumpleaños al amor de mi vida!” That translates to, “Happy birthday to the love of my life!”
He accompanied the message with a series of photos of Vergara, including two where the couple appears together. Manganiello also wished a happy birthday to Bubbles, posting a photo in which the pup relaxes on his lap. “Happy Birthday to the best dog in the world,” he wrote.
We hope Bubbles was at least nice to Vergara on her birthday.
