Olivia Rodrigo shocked fans this week during a concert on her Guts World Tour in Melbourne, Australia, when she fell into a hole on the stage while performing. Rodrigo got back up quickly and seemed to be fine. She later joked about the moment on TikTok.
Olivia Rodrigo Falls On Stage During Concert
In a video shared by a fan on social media, Rodrigo can be seen running around the stage pumping up the crowd, who can be heard cheering for her. When she tries to run from one part of the stage to another, she falls into a hole where a platform had been lowered.
Rodrigo immediately pops up, saying, “Oh my God, that was fun! I’m OK. Sometimes there’s just a hole in the stage. That’s all right. OK, where was I? How are you doing tonight, Melbourne?”
The singer later shared a clip of the fall on her TikTok account, joining in on the “subtle foreshadowing” trend. In a comment, Rodrigo further confirmed that she’s OK.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Rodrigo’s fall wasn’t the only mishap during the Melbourne show. In one moment, the singer got a bracelet caught in her hair while performing. She also caught her hair in the microphone at one point.

Rodrigo’s Tour Goes Into 2025
Rodrigo’s Guts World Tour has dates leading all the way up to July 2025. For the rest of October, she’ll continue performing in Australia, with several dates in Sydney. Then she’ll take a few months off before heading to South America in March.
The singer will perform at several festivals in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Brazil. Then in the summer, Rodrigo will wrap up her tour with two dates in Manchester, England, on June 30 and July 1. The tour kicked off in February of this year, with the U.S. leg.
