Aneeshwar Kunchala stepped onto Britain’s Got Talent stage for one sole reason — he wants people to care about the earth. With his well-intentioned poems and cute gestures, he’s made Britain fall in love with him. Let’s get to know him a little bit more.

Aneeshwar Kunchala Became a Wildlife Enthusiast at Four

When his reception teacher showed him photo of a dead whale, four-year-old Aneeshwar Kunchala felt the need to take action. Since then, he started going to zoos to feed his curiosity about animals. He also made short wildlife documentaries, demonstrating his love for the environment.

During BGT series 15, David Walliams visited Kunchala at school, dressed as a panda. While at his school, the judge asked Kunchala to audition for the series. During Kunchala’s audition, he recited an original about climate change, moving the audience with his strong message.

“When I think of somebody like David Attenborough, somebody obviously we all look up to and admire, you’re the perfect person to follow in his footsteps,” Amanda Holden said.

Kunchala reached the Finale of the competition, placing seventh overall. Yet, even before this achievement, he’s already made a name for himself. In 2020, he was recognized by Prime Minister Boris Johnson as Young Conservation Climate Leader. Subsequently, he also received the Global Child Prodigy Award and was named SES Young Scientific Explorer 2021.

He is a Guinness Book of World Record Holder

It’s sufficient to say that his success in BGT was only the beginning of his many accolades. This year, he became one of the young ambassadors for UK Wild Otter Trust. Naturalist Steve Backshall, who Kunchala regards as his hero, asked him to do an intro in one of his live shows, OCEANS.

Months after these milestones, he launched his first ever wildlife documentary in India. At the young age of seven, Kunchala also served as a presenter of the documentary COP27: Six Ways To Save The Planet which was released on Sky Kids. This role printed his name in the Guinness World Record for being the youngest male documentary presenter in the world.

Aneeshwar Kunchala Treks to America for AGT All-Stars

Last November, Kunchala announced that he will be competing in AGT All-Stars in January. This BGT standout will compete against the rest of the 60 talented acts that will vie for the same title.

“The reason why I was in LA is to spread my important message in AGT-All Stars,” he wrote on Instagram. “Please save the Animals and make sure the world looks beautiful.”

If you want to witness Aneeshwar Kunchala’s journey in AGT’s spin-off series, be sure to tune in next year on NBC.

I was amazed and speechless. I had already heard about this boy but I didn’t know anything about him until this performance on BGT!!! INCREDIBLE!!!
His dexterity and tranquility in performing were the size of his speech!!!
