Liza Koshy, Jessie James Decker to Co-Host New Year’s Rockin’ Eve
New Year’s Rockin’ Eve announced this year’s hosting lineup on social media Thursday, and it includes Liza Koshy, who will be in New York City’s Times Square to help ring in 2023. Jessie James Decker will also appear to “crown the first millionaire of 2023.”
Other co-hosts for the event include Billy Porter (who will appear in New Orleans), Ciara (who will be in Disneyland), and D-Nice (who will appear in Los Angeles). And of course American Idol‘s Ryan Seacrest will be there to emcee the festivities.
Seacrest became a co-host and executive producer of the long-running New Year’s Rockin’ Eve in 2006. Following Dick Clark’s death in 2012, he took over as the main host. The show typically features musical performances from famous artists, to be announced at a later date.

This Will Be Decker’s Fourth Year Co-Hosting the Show
Jessie James Decker took to Instagram on Thursday to share her excitement over co-hosting this year’s show. As you may or may not know, this will be Decker’s fourth time co-hosting New Year’s Rockin’ Eve and crowning the first millionaire of the year.
What does that mean? It’s part of a contest from Powerball which awards a $1 million prize to one lucky person just after midnight on January 1. Last year, the contest’s five finalists were also awarded a $10,000 prize and a New Year’s Eve party package.
Similarly, this isn’t Liza Koshy’s first time co-hosting New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. She also appeared with Seacrest during last year’s event. Viewers can tune in to this year’s show on New Year’s Eve at 8/7c on ABC.
Your point of view caught my eye and was very interesting. Thanks. I have a question for you.
