Two of the guest mentors that The Voice has brought on this year are Kelly Clarkson and Kelly Rowland. Kelly Clarkson is, of course, the original winner of American Idol and a Grammy winning, multi-platinum record selling superstar. Kelly Rowland started out with Beyonce in Destiny’s Child (Big ups Houston!) and then went on to have her own successful career. But what are their answers to really important questions? The Voice tried to find out.
I think the crucial question is which one of The Voice coaches would you want to be stranded with on a desert island. The answer, which both of them got, is Blake. That guy would probably know how to build a shelter and start a fire. Miley, Jen, and Adam are great and all but let’s face it, they are useless on a desert island. They would be good at a pool party in Ibiza or a shopping spree in Milan.
I have a lot of love for these two. Kelly and I are from the same hometown and I saw her and Destiny’s Child perform when we were super young. And Kelly Clarkson I respect for just being herself and not giving a damn what anyone thinks. That’s awesome.
