American Idol judge Katy Perry and her fiancé Orlando Bloom played dress-up for a recent date night. Perry sported antennae for the otherworldly look, while Bloom returned to his Lord of the Rings roots with pointed ears.

On Sunday, Perry took to Instagram to share several snaps from a recent event, including a closeup of her prosthetics, which gave her antennae on her forehead and pointed ears. Perry paired the look with a pleated, iridescent gown.
Bloom also went the supernatural route for his look, donning a dapper black tux along with prosthetics on his eyebrows and pointed ears that bring to mind the actor’s iconic Lord of the Rings role. He accessorized with some bling on his shirt collar. Perry also included a quick clip of her getting ready with her makeup artist.
The singer didn’t reveal what event she was dressed up for. However, according to Us Weekly, Kim Kardashian commented, “I was obsessed with this look last night!!!!!” This suggests that she was also in attendance at the mystery event.

The Couple Just Celebrated Their Anniversary
Perry and Bloom recently celebrated their anniversary as Bloom attended the Golden Globes solo. The couple first met at the awards show back in 2016. They briefly split in 2017 before reconciling the next year and getting engaged in 2019.
“OMG #ORLANDOBLOOM LOOKING INSANELY HANDSOME AT THE #GOLDENGLOBES HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MY LOVE,” Perry wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on January 7, when she spotted her fiancé at the event.
Bloom and Perry have yet to walk down the aisle after almost five years of being engaged. In 2020, they welcomed a daughter together named Daisy Dove. Bloom also shares a 13-year-old son named Flynn with his ex-wife Miranda Kerr.
