JoJo Siwa is not playing coy about her desire to have kids with her boyfriend Chris Hughes. The 22-year-old recently shared that she’s been thinking about welcoming a baby with Hughes, whom she met on Celebrity Big Brother UK last year.
JoJo Siwa Talks Having Kids with Chris Hughes
“Meghan Trainor once told me,” Siwa told E! News, “she said, ‘You will know you love somebody when you love them so much you want to duplicate them and you want to pop a baby out that is made from them.'”
After Siwa and Hughes started dating last year, she apparently told Trainor, “I get what you’re saying now,” adding, “I love [Chris] so much. I need there to be a mini [Chris].”
Hughes recently sent Siwa a “really cute” baby photo of himself, which only added to Siwa’s baby fever. As she recalled, “I was like, ‘Uh oh.'” Siwa also recently posted AI-generated images of herself, Hughes, and their future children on social media.
“My heart wasn’t ready for this,” Siwa captioned her TikTok post showing the slideshow of fake family photos, which is set to Taylor Swift’s song “Wi$h Li$t.”

This Isn’t Siwa’s First Time Talking About Kids
Siwa and Hughes confirmed their relationship in June of last year. A couple of months later, Siwa said in an interview with The Sun, “I absolutely would love to have babies. Yeah, it’s absolutely in my future, and I don’t think it’s that far away.”
The former Dance Moms star had previously shared her desire to name her children Freddy, Eddie, and Teddy. However, she told Capital Buzz last year that she no longer likes those names. Instead, she would like to name a child Silver Siwa.
