The Masked Singer Season 6 winner Jewel and actor Kevin Costner recently sparked dating rumors when they were spotted getting cozy at a charity event. According to a source, the pair has been seeing each other for quite some time now.
Jewel, Kevin Costner Have Been Dating for a While
Last month, Jewel and Costner were together on Richard Branson’s Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands. They were participating in a tennis fundraiser for Jewel’s charity, the Inspiring Children Foundation. In a photo, Costner could be seen with his hands around Jewel’s waist.
A source tells Us Weekly that the singer and actor have been together for longer than fans might think. They apparently got together “organically” after bonding over music. (Costner has a band called Modern West.)
“Kevin and Jewel had an extremely high opinion of each other and have always gotten along great,” the source said. “They check a lot of boxes for each other.”
The source also shared that Jewel and Costner have run in the same circles “for years,” adding, “Some of their mutual friends joke how it’s surprising they didn’t get together years ago.”

The Couple Is Taking It Slow After Costner’s Divorce
The source told Us Weekly that Jewel and Costner are taking things slow following the actor’s divorce from his wife of 18 years, Christine Baumgartner. The couple settled their divorce in September of this year.
“There’s no pressure of expectation here,” the source said. “Kevin just wants to go with the flow — and so does she. But the consensus is that he’s found a real keeper in Jewel and that this has the makings of something that could be very special.”
Jewel was also previously married to rodeo cowboy Ty Murray. The couple tied the knot in 2008 and split in 2014. They share a son named Kase.
