Filipino singer Jake Zyrus has released a new single called “4 Life,” and the catchy track is impressing fans. Zyrus also teased that a new album is coming soon while replying to a fan’s Instagram comment.

Zyrus teased the release of “4 Life” last month, getting his followers excited to hear new music from him. He released the new track on Friday, and fans are sharing how much they love it in the comments on Instagram and YouTube.
“You the one / You the one / You the one I want 4 life,” Zyrus sings on the bouncy track, which shows off his amazing voice. The song is accompanied by colorful art featuring a drawing of the singer wearing a backwards baseball cap.
As one fan wrote in the song’s YouTube comments, “Keep making music like this Jake.” Another person wrote, “Your voice is amazing!” Meanwhile, a fan on Instagram asked if Zyrus has plans to release an album soon.
Zyrus replied to the comment, writing, “Yes! Recording more original songs for you guys. Hopefully album will be done next year!”

Zyrus Went Viral with Chris Brown Cover
Last month, Zyrus shared an impressive cover of Chris Brown’s song “Under the Influence” which racked up views on TikTok. As of this writing, the video has over 2 million views on the platform, where he has over 230,000 followers.
Zyrus got his start competing in singing contests, including the Filipino show Little Big Star. He released five studio albums under his former name before coming out as transgender in 2017. Since announcing his transition, Zyrus has released several singles and an EP called Evolution in 2019.
