Howie Mandel Teaches Darci Lynne Farmer How to Drive on ‘America’s Got Talent’

During tonight’s America’s Got Talent results show, viewers got a special treat. Season 12 AGT winner Darci Lynne Farmer stopped by for some driving lessons. When she isn’t proving to the world that she is the most talented human ever, she’s a normal teen girl practicing her driving skills.
Darci Lynne Farmer Drives Simon Cowell Around on ‘AGT’
Darci rolled up to the AGT parking lot with Simon Cowell in her backseat. How cool is it that she got to drive the head judge around? Well, it was actually a puppet version of Cowell to keep with the theme of her being an awesome ventriloquist. It was a very bumpy ride for Darci and the puppet.
Cowell did a hilarious voiceover for the puppet version of himself. When Darci went to check her mirrors, Cowell’s puppet made a funny comment about how he can’t see himself anymore. He also took a stab at himself saying he would be safer on his electric bike. He fell off his electric bike last year and broke his back.
Things took an even crazier turn. Howie Mandel literally popped out of nowhere. He offered to teach Darci how to drive. Mandel really isn’t the best driving teacher. This was probably one of the most chaotic scenes to ever air on AGT.
It was all super entertaining though. After Darci tried to drive around a little bit, Mandel told her that he also has his pilots license in case she ever wants to fly. It doesn’t look like Darci will be taking Mandel up on his offer any time soon. He was so bad at guiding her around all of the parked cars.
At the end of the bit, Sofia Vergara appeared in the back of the car as the puppeteer working Cowell’s puppet. Everyone knows Vergara is actually a pretty funny puppeteer. She performed an unforgettable ventriloquism routine in front of Darci last season.
Darci performed an incredible routine on the first results show this season. She has literally not stopped working since winning the show in 2017. Darci is obviously a fan-favorite winner that AGT will continue to bring back because they know the audience absolutely loves her.
