Heidi Klum visited The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon to talk about her latest “Chai Tea With Heidi” music video. The model also addressed the return of her famous Halloween party. Klum was all smiles as she made her first in-person appearance on The Tonight Show since the Covid-19 pandemic began.
The Germany Next Top Model host was in town promoting her collaboration with rapper Snoop Dogg. “Chai Tea With Heidi” first premiered this past January. The singer says that producers behind Top Model asked her to sing their Season 17 theme song.
“Hey you don’t have to ask me twice to sing something,” Klum said.
“Chai Tea With Heidi” is The America’s Got Talent judge’s first single since she released her Christmas single “Wonderland” in 2006. This time around Klum did not want to record the song alone.
The model met Snoop Dogg at his Inglewood studio. Klum’s husband Tom Kaulitz wrote the song but before she could move on with the project, Klum needed to clear Rod Stewart’s “Baby Jane,” which she samples on “Chai Tea With Heidi.” Klum did not have any luck connecting with Stewart until her hairdresser knew his daughter. After leaving the rock legend’s email in her spam folder for two months, the song was able to proceed.
Now the video for the single is bringing in views on YouTube. The black and white video finds Klum frolicking on a beach giving non-stop fashion looks and a TikTok dance number.
Heidi Klum’s ‘Heidiween’ Is Back
Before teaching Fallon her TikTok breakdown dance Klum announced the return of her Heidiween party. The entertainer began hosting her own Halloween party when she was 27 years old. For 21 years Klum has hosted the extravagant party that has made her the queen of Halloween.
From sitting in the makeup chair for seven hours for her werewolf costume to spending $10 million dollars in 2016 to clone six women to look like her during the event, Klum is expected to go even bigger this year.
Before Halloween comes, Klum will be busy filming Season 17 of America’s Got Talent. NBC confirmed that she will return as a judge and start filming on April 1.
