Gwen Stefani, Peyton Manning And NFL Go Head On! Is It A Tide?
Reading Time: 2 minutes
The NFL has a new meaning now okay? “Not For Laundry.”
Now we aren’t suggesting this, Procter & Gamble is. The TV, digital and social campaign broke last night during the first Sunday Night Football broadcast of the year.
The last epic Tide PODS commercial was ‘Talk With Gronk‘ Featuring NFL player Rob Gronkowski. In that commercial Gronkowski welcomes an audience to his own personal talk show, which is just about Tide PODS.
The latest advertisement is Peyton Manning, NBC and Gwen Stefani pushing to ensure that no one misses football over laundry. Or The Voice. They are all connected and fun, so we do recommend either watching all of them together or let us break it down for you.

After that is a faux promo for “The Voice,” where judge Gwen Stefani complains about the NFL’s plan stepping on her time slot and making them shift it back to Sunday.
NFL and Peyton Manning Apologizes To Gwen Stefani
Manning is back with a 30-second apology on behalf of the NFL, where he says, “We would never intentionally ruin a young singer’s dream.”
Superstore Is Pissed too Because Laundry Night Is During Their Show And Neither NFL Nor ‘The Voice’ Care
Here Superstore is mad that NFL shifted laundry night to Thursday, while urging shoppers in Walmart to stock up on Tide for Sunday night washing, apparently unaware of the brand’s hand in bankrolling all this.
