Grace VanderWaal is on a roll. This year alone the America’s Got Talent Season 11 winner opened for Imagine Dragons, made strides in creating new music, and has been filming her first movie, Stargirl. And now she has been included in Forbes Magazine’s 2019 “30 Under 30”!
Grace has been included the “Music” category, and, at age 14, is one of the youngest on the list. She is definitely in good company, with other young artists such as Post Malone, Lauren Jauregui, and Jessie Reyez making the cut alongside her. Each of the artists had a blurb written about them, and this is what Grace’s said:
“After winning “America’s Got Talent” in 2016, the teenager released the year’s top-selling EP, “Perfectly Imperfect.” She has since accumulated more than 675 million streams worldwide and gained some 8 million social followers. The singer-songwriter toured with Imagine Dragons this past summer and is releasing her own line of Fender ukuleles this fall.”
Congratulations to Grace for receiving such a huge honor, and we look forward to seeing her continue to build her career even further upwards from here!
