Former Dancing with the Stars pro Lindsay Arnold has updated fans after undergoing breast augmentation surgery earlier this week. The dancer responded to a fan suggesting she’ll regret the procedure.
Lindsay Arnold Updates Fans After Breast Augmentation
Arnold was open about her decision to undergo breast augmentation surgery on social media ahead of the procedure. Not everyone was supportive, as one fan commented, “Don’t do it!!! I regret mine.” Arnold responded to this comment in a post-op TikTok video.
In the clip, Arnold stands in a white shirt, lip-syncing to a viral sound in which a woman can be heard saying, “I’m not gonna do it, girl. I’m just thinking about it. I’m not gonna do it.” She then rips open her shirt to show her bandaged chest, as she lip-syncs, “I did it.”
In the post’s caption, Arnold wrote that she has “zero regrets” about undergoing the surgery. However, she admitted in a TikTok beforehand that she was “nervous about the whole procedure,” to the point of having nightmares.
Arnold documented the before and after of her surgery in another video, saying afterward that her “pain is OK, I’m just super sleepy, dizzy, and nauseous.”

Arnold Shared a Post-Op Vlog
Arnold also took to TikTok to share a vlog of her first day post-surgery. She shared that she was “super loopy” the first night but was “feeling so much better today.” She added that “the pain is pretty manageable.”
Arnold’s husband, Sam Cusick, brought her breakfast to eat in bed, along with some pills. After that, Arnold took a peek at her chest in the mirror, covering her breasts with two watermelon emojis. She told the camera that they were “definitely swollen, but I see the potential.” She said she’s “very happy.”
After brushing her teeth and doing her skincare routine, Arnold went back to bed. Cusick then brought her a protein smoothie, and soon enough her two daughters joined her in bed. The dancer shared in a previous video that she’ll have to sleep sitting up for about a week after the surgery.
