Fans Cheer Snoop Dog For Defending Kobe Bryant Until He Said THIS…
Reading Time: 3 minutes
Fans are not happy with Gayle King for bringing up late NBA Kobe Bryant’s 2003 rape case in a CBS interview. We will talk about her response later in the article but before that, lets get into what Snoop had to say and why Twitter is dividing.
Kobi Bryant Accident
Kobe who was 41 was with his 13-year-old daughter Gianna Bryant and 7 other people when they were killed in a helicopter in Calabasas, California earlier this month.
After his death, many people have brought up his rape case in 2003. Although the criminal case was dismissed after his accuser refused to testify, he later settled a civil lawsuit with her.
Gayle King Interviewing Lisa Leslie and Brought up Kobe Bryant’s Rape Case
Gayle King recently interviewed retired WNBA star Lisa Leslie about her relationship with Kobe for CBS This Morning. The clip below was posted on Twitter that has since then gone viral.
Lisa Leslie’s Response to Gayle King
“It’s not complicated for me at all,” Leslie replies in the interview. “I just never see- have ever seen him being the kind of person that would be- do something to violate a woman or be aggressive in that way. That’s just not the person that I know.”
“But Lisa, you wouldn’t see it though,” King tells Leslie. “As his friend, you wouldn’t see it.”

“How dare you try to tarnish my motherf–king homeboy’s reputation, punk motherf–ker?” he added. “Respect the family and back off, bitch, before we come get you.”
Ouch.
Allow me to add, he wasn’t the only one upset.

“Don’t they realize that people calling out black people for doing wrong is not an attack on black culture.” Do you agree?
