‘DWTS’ Star Gabby Windey Addresses Flirty Instagram Comments with Vinny Guadagnino

Amid speculations about her new beau, The Bachelorette star Gabby Windey clarified the real relationship between her and Vinny Guadagnino. This comes after their flirty exchanges on Instagram which intrigued some Dancing With The Stars fans.
Gabby Windey is Nothing but Friends with Vinny Guadagnino
In her recent appearance on Chicks in the Office podcast, Gabby Windey addressed Guadagnino’s playful comments on her Instagram posts. Apparently, the two are fully aware that some DWTS fans think that there’s a brewing romance between them.
“I mean, we’re friends. We were on the show together,” she said. “Apparently both of us just like to kind of stir the pot. Which is, like, funny.”
Evidently, the DWTS celebrity finalist did not expect that their random banters on Instagram to spark rumors. Nevertheless, she and Guadagnino had fun riding fans’ assumptions, saying that it’s “hilarious to watch.”
“[The rumors] did happen out of nowhere. Like, we were bantering and stuff and then all of a sudden one media account, then another, then everybody’s like blowing up in the comments,” she said.
According to her DWTS partner Val Chmerkovskiy who was also in the podcast, the Instagram comments were “an inside joke that got away.” The romance speculations came quick after Windey celebrated a secured spot in the finale of DWTS where both she and Guadagnino are part of the cast.
Applauding such milestone, Guadagnino commented, “Good job baby mamma,” to which Windey replied, “My main man.”
Windey entered the competition engaged to her Bachelorette sweetheart Erich Schwer. However, the two recently confirmed that they have split up.
She Feels Great Going to DWTS Finale
Gabby Windey is among the four celebrity finalists who will strut in the ballroom for season 31 finale of Dancing With The Stars. While she admits that the journey has been “physically grueling,” she does feel supported by her DWTS family.
Alongside Chmerkovskiy, she will dance Cha-Cha to “I Like It (Like That)” by Pete Rodriguez during the Redemption Round. They will attempt to perfect this routine with the help of judge Derek Hough. Subsequently, they will perform Freestyle to “Cell Block Tango” from Chicago.
In an Instagram post, Chmerkovskiy took the chance to thank their fans for the support. They also humbly asked for their votes in the upcoming Finale.
“You took the time from your lives and spent a tiny bit of it on us,” he wrote. “From two humans that have greatly benefited from and enjoyed your support this season, THANK YOU!!!”
Dancing With The Stars season 31 Finale airs on Monday at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on Disney+.
