Exes Demi Lovato, Joe Jonas Reunite Amid ‘Camp Rock 3’ Rumors

Exes Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas recently reunited at a Jonas Brothers concert, where they performed a medley of Camp Rock songs. The reunion comes amid rumors that Lovato and the Jonas Brothers will appear in Camp Rock 3.

Demi Lovato, Joe Jonas Reunite for Camp Rock Medley
According to the New York Post, the reunion occurred on the first stop of the Jones Brothers’ new tour, at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday night. First, Joe Jonas sang the track “Gotta Find You” from Camp Rock before the group welcomed Lovato to the stage.
They went on to perform a medley of the Camp Rock songs “This Is Me” and “Wouldn’t Change a Thing.” Lovato starred in the 2008 Disney Channel movie alongside the brothers. Lovato briefly dated Joe Jonas in 2010.
The pair also posted a few backstage videos on social media, including one in which they lip-sync to “Wouldn’t Change a Thing.” In another clip, they lip-sync to a recording of Debby Ryan saying she “sat down with the president of Disney Channel” and said she wanted to “make history.”

Has Lovato Signed on for Camp Rock 3?
Lovato’s reunion with the Jonas Brothers comes amid rumors that they’ll be returning for Camp Rock 3, a follow-up to the 2010 sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. According to the X (formerly Twitter) account Pop Tingz, Lovato is “rumored to have finalized the deal to return … alongside the Jonas Brothers.”
The tweet adds that the movie is scheduled to begin filming in September of this year. Nothing has been officially confirmed by Disney as of this writing, but speculation about Camp Rock 3 began earlier this year. In June, the title was listed in an issue of Production Weekly.
