David Walliams To Write A Children’s Book Based On Simon Cowell

We all know David Walliams as the lovable weirdo judge on Britain’s Got Talent. But did you know that he’s also a successful author? He’s written 19 novels and several children’s books. For his next project he picked a subject very close to home. His next book will be about a boy named Simon who likes to judge people. Sound familiar?
On BGT David and Simon are always kidding each other, it’s part of the fun of the show. But in reality they get along fine and really respect each other. David will announce his plans for the children’s book on tomorrow night’s show. Simon is probably thrilled by it because, after all, it is a book based on him and he has, shall we say, a big ego.
I for one cannot wait to read this book. If you think about it Simon is like a figure from a children’s book. Some kind of really judgey ogre in a deep v neck t-shirt that shows off his chest hair. I’m sure at the end of the book the fictional Simon will learn not to judge people. The real Simon can’t do that, of course, or he’d be out of a job.
