Brian Austin Green, Kelly Osbourne Join ‘I Can See Your Voice’ As Celebrity Detectives
Reading Time: 2 minutes
Every week I Can See Your Voice brings new celebrity detectives on to the show to help the contestant choose which person can actually sing. Brian Austin Green is among the celebrity judges on this week’s I Can See Your Voice.
This Dancing With the Stars alum will sit next to regular panelists Cheryl Hines and Adrienne Houghton. Along with Brian Austin Green, other celebrity guests for this episode of I Can See Your Voice are The Voice AU‘s Kelly Rowland and The Masked Singer alum Kelly Osbourne.
“Kelly is absolutely the better celebrity detective. I have no idea what I’m doing,” Green admitted in the preview video.
This guessing game features a group of “secret singers” who are identified by only their occupations. Each singer lip syncs for the contestant of the episode and the celebrities. Based off of the lip sync the contestant chooses who they think can actually sing. The contestant is able to seek advice from the celebrity panel to determine which of the “secret singers” has a musical gift.
“I get so into this game it’s not even funny. I look into how they’re standing, what they’re wearing,” Osbourne said.
Since the guessing is based specifically off of the lip sync, contestants and celebrities have to pay attention to every detail of the person’s performance. The contestant has $100,000 on the line, so I’m sure they’ll be turning toward Osbourne in tomorrow nights episode.
Kelly Rowland is This Week’s Musical Guest
Each episode of this series have a musical guest on the celebrity judge panel. The musical guests are typically have more pressure on them considering they’re set to perform with the last singer standing. In the past, The Masked Singer alum Jewel was featured as a musical guest.
“Some people can really lock in lip syncing and some people it feels unnatural to them,” Rowland says. “Who’s doing what? It’s so confusing. I don’t know what’s going to happen so I have a little bit of anxiety too.”
From the preview, it’s obvious that Rowland will be singing “I Want You Back” by the Jackson 5 with the last singer standing. After singing the first line of the song she’s seen saying “you better be able to sing.”
