Britain’s Got Talent Series 17 winner Sydnie Christmas has announced the upcoming release of her second album, titled The Artist. The new project will be available for fans to hear in October of this year.
BGT Sydnie Christmas Announces New Album
Sydnie Christmas won Series 17 of BGT in 2024, after receiving the Golden Buzzer from judge Amanda Holden for her audition to the song “Tomorrow” from Annie. Christmas released her debut album, titled My Way, later that same year.
Now Christmas is gearing up to release her second album, titled The Artist. The singer announced the new project on Instagram Friday, sharing the album’s cover art — which shows Christmas sitting in a suit and tie and showing off a smoldering look for the camera.
“I’ve always felt like a woman of many different coats. This album is where all of those parts of me meet,” Christmas wrote in the post’s caption. “I’m very lucky to have spent the last year with such passionate producers and fellow songwriters writing this album, pouring our hearts into every lyric, every melody and every story.”
The Artist will be released on October 2, and a new single called “Spirit” will be available for fans to hear on September 18.

The Singer Has Released Two Singles
Sydnie Christmas has already released two singles this year, which will apparently be featured on the upcoming new album. She put out the song “Run” in April, along with a music video. Then in June, Christmas released the song “Lean on You.”
The Artist is the second album from Christmas. Her debut album, My Way, was released in October 2024. It featured several cover songs, including “Tomorrow,” “Over the Rainbow,” and “Starlight Express.” This new release will finally showcase the singer’s original music.
