‘BGT’ Judge Amanda Holden Appears on the Set of ‘AGT’ Season 18

Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden recently spent some time on the set of America’s Got Talent, which is currently filming Season 18. It’s not clear if Holden will be making an official appearance during the new season, or if she was just visiting.
BGT Judge Amanda Holden Appears on AGT Set
On Thursday, Holden posted an Instagram photo in which she can be seen sitting at the AGT judges’ desk alongside Heidi Klum and Sofia Vergara. She captioned the post, “When @bgt meets @agt,” with two red heart emojis.
Holden also posted some photos from the set in her Instagram stories. In one shot, Simon Cowell’s son Eric poses at the judges’ desk alongside Vergara and a young girl who looks to be Holden’s daughter Hollie. Eric and Hollie are both wearing baseball caps that read, “BAREFOOT BUNNYZ.”
In another shot, Holden smiles for a selfie with Cowell’s fiancée Lauren Silverman, who appears to be sitting in the audience. Holden seems to have been enjoying her time in California, as she also posted a shot of her Hailey Bieber smoothie from Erewhon.

Why Was Holden on the Set of Season 18?
Holden didn’t explain her reason for being on the set of AGT Season 18. It’s possible that she’s just visiting as an audience member. She’s apparently been spending time in Los Angeles, as she shared a photo of herself lounging by the pool in a bikini earlier this week.
However, her appearance could add fuel to fan speculation that the Judge Cuts will be returning this season. The round previously featured celebrity guest judges in addition to the regular panel. The show did away with this part of the competition a few seasons ago.
AGT Season 18 won’t premiere until May 30. However, fans can see Holden on BGT Series 16 starting April 15 and 16. She’s returning to the panel alongside Cowell, Alesha Dixon, and new judge Bruno Tonioli.
