Allison Holker has officially sold the family home she shared with her late husband Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss. It was reported in October that Holker had put the house up for sale, and it recently sold for over $3 million.

People reports that Holker’s Encino house was originally listed for $3.795 million in October of this year. According to property records, the house sold last week for $3.525 million. The 4,600-square-foot home was built in 2018.
Holker and Boss moved into the house in 2019 and later redesigned it with Pottery Barn in 2021. The couple frequently posted videos from the home on social media, including clips of the family dancing together.
The house reportedly has six bedrooms and amenities including a pool and a hot tub. The property also features a pool house with its own bathroom, and the main house has three fireplaces. Holker and Boss reportedly purchased the home for $2.75 million.
Holker is also reported to have purchased a new modern farmhouse-style home for close to $5 million in Studio City. The six-bedroom property was just built earlier this year and covers 5,800 square feet.
Boss Passed Away Last December
It’s been almost one year since Boss died by suicide last December. The So You Think You Can Dance alum was 40 years old. He and Holker tied the knot in 2013. The couple shared a son named Maddox and a daughter named Zaia. Boss also adopted Holker’s daughter Weslie.
Last week, Holker took to Instagram to share photos and videos from the family’s first Thanksgiving without Boss, writing, “Hosting Thanksgiving is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I love bringing loved ones together to celebrate love, joy and our gratitude for life and the beautiful relationships we all have.”
Back in September, Holker and her kids visited Boss’s grave for his birthday. She wrote, “We feel your presence every day and will forever be grateful for the beautiful times we shared together.”
