‘AGT’ Singer Richard Goodall Gets Married Ahead of the Season 19 Finale

America’s Got Talent singer Richard Goodall gave a stunning performance in Tuesday’s Finals episode. One day later, he celebrated another special moment — marrying his fiancée Angie Vanoven. The wedding comes just days before the Season 19 winner is announced.

On Wednesday, Richard took to Facebook to share a photo of his hand next to Angie’s hand, both wearing wedding bands. He wrote in the caption, “As of 3pm pacific time Angie and I are now Richard and Angela VanGoodall!”

He later shared more photos from the wedding day, including him and Angie cutting the cake, as well as a beautiful sunset looking out on the ocean. Richard wrote that his “AGT family” attended the wedding, and they had “the pleasure of eating in Malibu on the beach.”

It was a busy week for Richard. After performing on Tuesday and getting married on Wednesday, he returned to the stage to tape the Season 19 finale on Thursday. The results episode was prerecorded, to air Tuesday night on NBC.

Will Richard Be Named the Winner?

Richard earned a Golden Buzzer from judge Heidi Klum after his audition for Season 19, in which he performed “Don’t Stop Believin'” by Journey. Thanks to America’s votes, he made it through the Quarterfinals and Semifinals.

On Tuesday night, Richard took the stage again to perform “Faithfully” by Journey. As of this writing, his performance has over a million views on YouTube. Judge Howie Mandel told Richard, “I think you just sang yourself $1 million.”

In Tuesday’s finale, Richard is expected to take the stage again — this time with Journey guitarist Neal Schon. We’ll find out at the end of the episode whether America voted for Richard to be named the Season 19 winner. Are you rooting for him? Let us know in the comments below.
