Twitter Slams ‘Fraud’ Kylie Jenner For Inflating Tax Records & Taking Attention Away From Social Justice

In March 2019, Forbes declared Kylie Jenner a billionaire. The makeup mogul has always done huge business with her makeup line Kylie Cosmetics and other brand deals. But now, they are retracting this statement and calling Kylie a fraud.
Forbes now alleges that when Kylie sold half of her brand to beauty giant Coty in a deal valued at $1.2 million, her business was not actually making as much money as it was reporting. This report also accuses the Jenner clan of “having tax returns that were likely forged.”
Kylie Jenner Spoke Out On Twitter In A State Of Confusion
This morning was rather interesting for Kylie when she woke up to find her billionaire status revoked, not to mention her name trending on Twitter. She tweeted “what am I even waking up to. I thought this was a reputable site.. all I see are a number of inaccurate statements and unproven assumptions lol. I’ve never asked for any title or tried to lie my way there EVER. period.” She seemingly shut down reports that she lied about her wealth and status.
She added another tweet saying that there are more important things to worry about right now than how much money she makes. But perhaps the most interesting thing is that Forbes is calling out Kylie for lying, yet they never looked into this research before they decided to call Kylie a billionaire.

People Are Calling Out Kylie For Fraud
Her 33.7 million Twitter followers all had something to say about these shocking revelations. But the thing that everyone has to take with a grain of salt is that the report does not know exactly if the tax returns were in fact fake. One tweet called Kylie a “liar” saying that she got this trait from her mother Kris Jenner.
Another criticized Kylie for spending so much time preaching about how it is to grow your own business and teaching other people to achieve success when she was not really telling the truth.
Another person on Twitter simply said “So either she is stupid or she is a liar.”
Kylie Was Criticized For Focusing On Money Instead Of Social Justice Issues
After the brutal murder of George Floyd, people are turning to celebrities to use their voices and massive followings to raise awareness about racism and police brutality. Of course, going on a Twitter rant about a Forbes report that is accusing her of lying is quite the opposite of this. People were quick to call her out for it. She was compared to music superstar Taylor Swift who tweeted about white supremacy and is tackling the issue at hand. Taylor is not afraid to speak out to her 86.1 million followers and lend her voice to bring about justice.
Another tweet suggested that Kylie is only woke or only cares when there is something that involves money. She did, however, post on Instagram yesterday about the murder.
Yet another person highlighted that she should be using her platform to “spread awareness” and that the star will still continue to be making money while the city of Minneapolis burns.
Her Instagram post called racism the second pandemic that the country is currently facing and said she cannot put into words the pain she feels after watching the video of George Floyd’s murder.
She also posted numerous Instagram stories wishing one of her friends a happy birthday seemingly not letting the Forbes haters get to her.
