Ezra Sosa Says Goodbye to DWTS Partner Julia Stiles
Actress Julia Stiles and her professional partner Ezra Sosa were eliminated from DWTS Season 35 this week, during Monday’s Disney Night. On Tuesday, Sosa uploaded a video to Instagram in which he can be seen reading a poem he wrote to Stiles, inspired by her film 10 Things I Hate About You.
Sosa listed off the things he hates about Stiles, including how she doubts herself and how she says she’s fine “when I know you’re in pain.” Like in the movie, he ended the poem by saying, “But mostly I hate the way I don’t hate you. Not even close. Not even a little bit. Not even at all.”
Stiles was in tears as Sosa recited the poem, and she called it “really beautiful” when he was finished. At the end of the clip, the partners embraced. Sosa also posted a lengthy message in another Instagram post reflecting on his time dancing with Stiles.
“I came into this season hoping to teach you how to dance, but you ended up teaching me so much more about life, love, and friendship,” Sosa wrote. “My favorite part of this entire experience wasn’t a dance or a score. it was getting to know you and getting to call you my friend.”

The Pair Got Matching Tattoos
Sosa also kept up a tradition from his previous two DWTS partnerships, as he got a tattoo to remember the experience. Like his Season 34 partner Jordan Chiles, Julia Stiles also got apparently got a matching tattoo.
On Tuesday, Sosa posted an image of Stiles receiving a tattoo on her wrist on his Instagram stories, writing that they were “continuing the tradition.” As of this writing, neither Sosa nor Stiles has publicly shared what the tattoos look like.
Sosa also posted an image of himself crying and giving a thumbs-up, explaining that he’s “gonna miss my friend.” He called his partnership with Stiles “the closest thing I’ve had to a relationship in years,” adding that it “naturally it feels like a breakup.”
