‘AGT’ Results: Which Acts Moved on to the Semifinals?

America’s Got Talent Season 21 returned on Wednesday night for the second results show of the season, as host Terry Crews revealed which acts from Tuesday’s performance show made it through to the Semifinals thanks to America’s vote.

AGT Results: Who Made It Through?

During Tuesday’s show, AGT judge Mel B pressed the Golden Buzzer for teen guitarist Nene Royal, sending her straight into the Season 21 Finals. That left 10 more acts for viewers at home to vote for overnight.

During Wednesday’s results episode, Terry Crews announced which acts were in the Top 5 after America’s vote. Those acts were music duo Butter & Grit, aerialist Veronika Goroshkova, dance group Come Here, magician Geno Ploeger, and singer Mackenzie Sol.

Out of those Top 5 acts, only three could move on to the Season 21 Semifinals. At the end of the night, it was revealed that the three acts moving on are Veronika Goroshkova, Come Here, and Geno Ploeger. They’ll get to perform again for their chance to make it into the Finals.

Which Acts Were Eliminated This Week?

Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to seven acts during this week’s AGT results show. That included the two acts from the Top 5 who did not make it into the Semifinals — Butter & Grit and Mackenzie Sol.

Also eliminated this week were danger act Brad & Tracy, rapper LaRussell, dancer Patrox, music duo Nyjah Music & Zyah Rhythm, and singer Bety. Once again, it’s notable that none of the acts who made it into the Semifinals from America’s vote this week are singers.

Next week, eleven more acts will take the stage in the third Quarterfinals performance episode. Another judge will press the Golden Buzzer to send an act into the Finals, and viewers at home will once again vote for their favorites.
