Dancing With the Stars has officially begun rehearsals for the upcoming premiere of Season 35. Alongside rehearsals beginning more celebrities are being confirmed for the 2026 competition. Theories are currently going wild with the influx of celebrities heading into the studio.
Sources Confirm Jenna Dewan, Bachelorette Runner Up Tyler Cameron
On Thursday, August 19, a source confirmed to US Weekly that both actress Jenna Dewan and Bachelor Star Tyler Cameron will be waltzing into the ballroom this fall. For those who may not be familiar, Dewan rose to fame as part of the film series Step Up, while Cameron was runner up on Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette.
Dewan is no stranger to the world of dance, as known through her role in Step Up. She began her career as a backup dancer for Janet Jackson at only 18 years old. She later performed with Christina Aguilera, *NSYNC, Pink, and Missy Elliot. It is unknown if she has ballroom dance experience.
Cameron on the other hand, competed on the FOX dance competition series, The Real Dirty Dancing. He can also be seen dancing on TikTok. His inclusion in the DWTS cast comes nearly five years after friend and former Bachelor Matt James competed on the series on Season 30.

ABC has yet to comment on the source confirmation at this time. Fans will be able to see the full roster of celebrities, as well as professional dancers when they are announced on Good Morning America on Wednesday, September 2.
Who Else is Rumored to Compete This Season?
Rumors are currently going crazy online due to the influx of leaked photos from celebrities entering rehearsals. These rumored celebrities include Tatyana Ali, Ezra French, Conner Leavitt, Taylor Hanson, Amber Glenn, Harry Shum Jr., Sarah Jane Nader, Connor Wood, Giada Di Laurentiis, and Julia Styles.
At this point, only four cast members have been confirmed for the stage. They are, Ciara Miller, Maura Higgins, Jackson Olsen, and Guillermo Rodriguez. The season is still right around the corner, so there are chances of rumors being incorrect.
As of writing, only professional Witney Carson has been confirmed for Season 35. There have been rumors that paparazzo photos have spoiled the winner of DWTS: The Next Pro, revealing the winner showing up to Season 35 rehearsals.
