America’s Got Talent is currently in production in Los Angeles and it’s clear longrunning judge Heidi Klum is missing her place at the panel. Mel B is once again replacing Klum on the judging panel in Season 21.
Heidi Klum Says She’s Missing AGT
On Tuesday, March 17, America’s Got Talent shared a photo confirming Season 21’s judging panel and host. Once again, Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara, Howie Mandel, and Mel B will be returning to the panel. In addition, Terry Crews is returning as host.
“Missing my AGT family,” Klum commented, with a red heart.
For those who may have missed it, Klum departed the AGT judging panel ahead of Season 20. Instead of appearing on the talent competition show, she took the Project Runway stage after nearly 8 years. Ahead of 2025, Klum’s last episode of Project Runway aired in 2017.
A few AGT alumni are also seen in the comment section. These commenters include magician Anna DeGuzman, as well as singer Austin Brown. In a separate post, other alumni, Freckled Zelda, Girish and The Chronicles, Eseniia Mikheeva, and Lightwire. It’s clear that alumni are especially supportive of the show’s Season 21.
Fans Are Not Looking Forward to Mel B’s Return to the Panel
Aside from comments from alumni, fans are commenting their opinions on the judging panel. Apparently, some fans aren’t excited about Mel B’s return to the judging panel once more.
“Not watching this year after watching every season. Not as long as Mel B is there,” a fan commented.
Some fans even made it clear that producers of the show weren’t listening when people said they didn’t love Mel B’s return last season. Others even threatened to boycott the show due to the judging panel remaining the same as Season 20.
“I want Heidi back! Not a Mel B fan,” a fan wrote.
Like they dont have anything else to do except hating on Mel B ??

In response to Klum’s comment, fans begged the show to make the panel five judges in total. They were saying “It’ll be EPIC to have Mel, Sofia and Heidi together!” another fan commented.
In addition to the comments related to Mel B, there was a comment asking the age old question, “Why are there no American judges on America’s Got Talent?”
Also, another fan begged Mandel to not call this season “the best season ever,” since he says it every year and is “getting annoying.”
