‘Dancing with the Stars’ Disney Night Songs, Dance Styles Revealed

Dancing with the Stars Season 34 will return Tuesday for Disney Night, celebrating Disneyland’s 70th anniversary. The remaining 11 couples will dance to songs from Disney movies and attractions. Ahead of the episode, the song choices and dance styles for each couple have been revealed.

According to a press release, Tuesday’s episode of Dancing with the Stars will open with a number set to “Be Our Guest” featuring Danny Gardner, who is currently playing Lumiere in the North American Tour of Beauty and the Beast. There will also be troupe performances set to “As Alive As You Need Me To Be” from TRON: ARES, as well as “The Tiki Tiki Tiki Room.”
The most popular dance for this week’s new episode is the quickstep, as five couples will be dancing routines in the style: Hilaria Baldwin and Gleb Savchenko, set to “Cantina Band” from Star Wars; Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa, set to “Special Spice” from the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure ride; Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach, set to “Life Is a Highway” from Cars; Danielle Fishel and Pasha Pashkov, set to “I Wan’na Be Like You (The Monkey Song)” from The Jungle Book; and Elaine Hendrix and Alen Bersten, set to “Space Mountain” from the Space Mountain ride.
Meanwhile, two couples will be dancing Viennese waltzes this week: Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy, set to “Once Upon a Dream” from Maleficent; as well as Andy Richter and Emma Slater, set to “Le Festin” from Ratatouille.
Rounding out the lineup are Jen Affleck and Jan Ravnik, dancing a jazz routine to “Friend Like Me” from Aladdin; Robert Irwin and Witney Carson, dancing a cha-cha to “Try Everything” from Zootopia; and Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas, dancing a foxtrot to “The Room Where It Happens” from Hamilton.

Who Was Eliminated Last Week?
This past week marked TikTok Night on Dancing with the Stars, as the couples danced to songs that went viral on the platform. The night ended with a shocking elimination, as Fifth Harmony star Lauren Jauregui and her partner Brandon Armstrong were sent home.
During the show, Jordan Chiles and Whitney Leavitt ended up being tied at the top of the leaderboard with scores of 24 out of 30. Right behind them were Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach with 23 out of 30, followed by Robert Irwin and Witney Carson, Scott Hoying and Rylee Arnold, and Hilaria Baldwin and Gleb Savchenko, with 22 out of 30.
Andy Richter and Emma Slater were tied at the bottom of the leaderboard along with Lauren and Brandon, earning scores of 18 out of 30. Will Andy and Emma make it through Disney Night? We’ll have to wait and see when Dancing with the Stars airs Tuesday night on ABC and Disney+.
