America’s Got Talent has shared another early release audition from this Tuesday’s new episode of Season 19. This clip features Alejandro Licea Pellon from Cuba, who showed off a dangerous balancing act that had the audience and judges gasping.

Balancing Act Auditions in AGT Early Release

Alejandro started his performance on a raised platform. On top of that platform, he ended up balancing on several cylinders stacked on top of each other. The audience gasped as he actually turned in a complete circle while balancing.

After that, he stepped things up by doing a handstand on top of the stack. There were a couple of moments where it looked like he might slip, frightening the crowd and the panel. But he ended up being fine and finished the performance with no issues.

The judges gave Alejandro a standing ovation for his audition. Sofia Vergara called the act “amazing … spectacular … nerve-wracking.” She added that he “made the right choice by coming to AGT.” Howie Mandel added that their “hearts were beating out of our chests.”

Simon Cowell called Alejandro “very, very talented.” He advised him to show “a progression” in future performances. All four judges voted “yes” to sending Alejandro through.

This Is the Final Week of Auditions

AGT Season 19 is set to wrap up auditions during this week’s show, which marks the eighth week of the competition. All four judges have hit the Golden Buzzer twice, and host Terry Crews has hit it once. Will there be a group Golden Buzzer to finish?

Once the auditions are done airing, the show will be taking a hiatus to make room for NBC’s coverage of the Summer Olympics in Paris. AGT will return on August 13 with the live shows. Performances will air on Tuesday nights, and results will air on Wednesdays.

Are you looking forward to the Season 19 live shows? What acts are you hoping to see again? Let us know in the comments below, and tune in Tuesday night at 8/7c on NBC for the final night of auditions.
