On Sunday, Alicia Keys took the stage with Usher to perform during halftime at the Super Bowl in Las Vegas. There was speculation that her husband, Swizz Beatz, might be jealous over the performance. However, Beatz put the rumors to rest on Instagram.
Alicia Keys’ Husband Reacts to Super Bowl Show with Usher
During Usher’s performance at the Super Bowl Halftime Show on Sunday, Keys made an appearance playing the piano and singing her hit “Ain’t Got You.” Usher then joined her for a performance of their song “My Boo.” The pair embraced as they finished singing.
Some fans on social media speculated that Keys’ husband Swizz Beatz would be jealous of her closeness with Usher. Style Caster even suggested that Beatz had snubbed Usher by only posting photos of Keys on his Instagram stories.
However, Beatz took to Instagram after the game to put the rumors to rest. He posted a series of photos from Keys’ performance with Usher, including a shot of the two singers together on stage. He told fans, “Y’all talking about the wrong damn thing!!!”
He went on to highlight Keys’ “amazing dress” and called the Halftime Show “nothing but amazing,” adding, “Congrats @usher and my love @aliciakeys that song is a classic.” Beatz made to sure to write, “We don’t do negative vibes on this side we make history.”

Who Else Appeared During the Performance?
During Sunday’s Halftime Show, Usher appeared on the field at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to perform some of his biggest hits, including “Caught Up,” “Love in This Club,” “Burn,” and “Yeah!” The performance featured several special guests.
In addition to Alicia Keys, H.E.R. also appeared to play electric guitar during Usher’s performance of his song “U Got It Bad.” Will.i.am also made an appearance to perform “OMG” with Usher, who came out on roller skates.
Lil Jon was on hand to perform his song “Turn Down for What,” and he also joined Ludacris to help Usher perform their hit song “Yeah!” The track, off Usher’s 2004 album Confessions, recently celebrated its 20th anniversary.
