Ariana Grande, Ethan Slater’s Romance Have “Grown More Serious”: “They’re Pretty Much Inseparable”

Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater have apparently grown more attached with each other. A source revealed that the “Everyday” songstress and The SpongeBob Musical actor have been inseparable lately.
Ariana Grande “Absolutely” Sees Future with Ethan Slater
An insider told People that Grande has further tightened their relationship with Slater over the past months. With their romance getting more intense, it seems that the 30-year-old pop is really into the actor.
“Things between Ariana and Ethan have grown more serious in the past few months, and they’re pretty much inseparable,” the source said. “Ariana deeply cares for Ethan and absolutely sees a future with him. She’s looking forward to a fresh start in the new year and can’t wait to see how things continue to grow for them.”
News about their romance began circulating in July 2023 following their separation from their respective spouses. Grande officially filed her divorce from Dalton Gomez last September. However, sources claimed that the former couple had already called it quits since earlier 2023.
Meanwhile, Slater filed his divorce papers with Lilly Jay after six years after they began dating. The estranged couple shares a 16-month-old son, whom they welcomed in August 2022.
It’s no secret that the beginning of Grande and Slater’s relationship was wild. Previously, a source from Daily Mail alleged that Grande and Slater were seen kissing before the former even separated from Jay. As per the source, the two were “sloppy” during filming of Wicked, consequently leading the cast to know that more than friendship was sparking between them.
“They were seen being all over each other while he was still supposedly happily married to Lilly,” the source said. “They were seen making out at a pub in Hampstead, and they were all over each other at Michelle Yeoh’s Oscar party [in March].”
She Clapped Back at People Who “Deeply Misunderstood” Her
Getting candid on her rollercoaster ride in 2023, the “Dangerous Woman” singer declared in December that it was “the most transformative, most challenging, and yet happiest and most special years” of her life. On Instagram, the “Thank U, Next” songstress subtly addressed the Ethan Slater controversy ahead of 2024.
“I have never felt more pride of joy or live while simultaneously feeling so deeply misunderstood by people who don’t know me, who piece whispers together and make what they want out of me and their assumptions of my life,” she wrote.
In the same post, Grande expressed appreciation for her supporters for protecting her.
“I have never felt more tightly held or fiercely protected by those who love and understand me (friends, family, and fans alike). I feel safe, even amidst so many things i’d usually be afraid of,” she wrote.
Now, the pop star is clear-cut in focusing her energy on things that deserve it. She is “listening to and trusting” herself despite her trauma urges her not to.
