Former The Voice Battle Advisor Charlie Puth is officially engaged to his girlfriend Brooke Sansone. The singer shared the happy news on Instagram Thursday, revealing that he popped the question after flying to New York.
Charlie Puth Announces Engagement on Instagram
“I flew to New York to ask my best friend to marry me, and she said yes,” Puth wrote on Instagram. “I am the happiest, best version of myself and it is all because of you Brookie. I love you endlessly forever and ever and ever.”
The singer’s post features several photos of the happy couple following the proposal. In one shot, Puth and Sansone pose for a selfie together while holding glasses of wine. Another photo shows Sansone’s ring as she reaches for a slice of pizza. The final shot is of the pair biting into a slice together.
According to People, Puth and Sansone went Instagram official in December 2022, having previously been seen together at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City in September. They made their red carpet debut together in February of this year.
Puth said in an interview with Howard Stern last year that he was dating “someone that I grew up with” and has known for a “long time,” sharing that he was “definitely” in love.

Who Is Puth’s Fiancée, Brooke Sansone?
According to Hollywood Life, Sansone works as a digital marketing and public relations coordinator. She also runs a fashion-themed Instagram account called Thee Closet Next Door with her friend Olivia D’Angelo.
In December of last year, Puth celebrated his birthday by going public with his relationship with Sansone on Instagram. He shared two strips of photo booth shots, writing in the caption, “🎶 Ohhhhh I’m NOT a loser…’cause I didn’t lose her!!! 🎶 (Happy birthday to me.)”
Puth’s famous friends shared their excitement over Puth’s engagement on Thursday, with The Voice coach John Legend writing, “Congratulations!!” OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder wrote, “CONGRAAAAATS DUDE!!!!!”
